UNDERSTANDING THE CONTROL BOARD
- The Digital LCD Screen is used as the information center for your unit. The Digital LCD screen will display your Desired Cook Temperature (SET), Actual Cook Temperature (ACTUAL), Meat Probe Temperature (if connected), and any error messages
- Press the"TEMP "Button on the Control Board to make adjustments to the cooking temperature.Press once to select the temperature setting, then the adiument arrows to change the temperature in fivedegree increments. Press once again to lock in the temperature setting once the changes are finished.The heating element will not turn on until TlME is also set. Default element temperature is set to 37°C / 100 9F
UNDERSTANDING THE CONTROL BOARD
- The "Adjustment Arrows "allow you to increase or decrease the TIME and TEMP on the Control Board. Press and hold the buttons to increase or decrease the value faster
- Press the "TlME " Button on the Control Board to make adjustments to the cooking time.Press once to select the time setting, then press the adjustment arrows to change the hours. Changesare in 1 hour increments (ranging from 00-99).Press once again to select the minutes setting, then press the adjustment arrows to change theminutes. Changes are in 10 minute increments (ranging from 00-50).Press twice to lock in the time setting once the changes are finished
