FUNCTION EXPLANATION
POWER BUTTON: Power on/off.
PRIME: Expedite the feeding process when pellet is run out of or initial ignition.
P SET: It is used to adjust smoke mode and it's only available under smoke mode.
DIAL KNOB: Set the grilling temperature according to your demand, from Smoke to 450℉.
MEAT PROBE INTERFACES: Insert your meat probes into the grill controller, then you will know the meat internal temperature exactly.
